South Carolina State Dish Towels * HOW THEY'RE MADE: Each dish towel is made of hand-loomed cotton and the design is printed using the labor-intensive, HAND-swipe silk-screen process with 12 colors (that's 12 screens for each towel!). The design is then framed with a HAND-embroidered border.
