How to Use

1. Place the cuff on the bare upper arm, ensuring the bottom edge is slightly above the elbow crease, and secure it using the D-ring and hook-and-loop fastener.
2. Position the stethoscope chest piece over the brachial artery and place the earpieces in your ears.
3. Close the valve and pump the bulb until the pulse sound disappears, then slowly open the metal valve to release air gradually.
4. Note the first pulse sound as the systolic pressure and the point where sounds disappear as the diastolic pressure.
