How to Use

1. Rest quietly for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement, and avoid caffeine, tea, or smoking for 30 minutes prior.
2. Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and your feet flat on the floor.
3. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow bend.
4. Press the start button to begin the measurement, remaining still and quiet until the reading is complete.
